Congratulations! Welcome to our piano family!  Students who sign up are automatically put on the Waiting List. When a spot is available and registration is complete, including the registration fee, you will become an active student. If I have a spot available at the time of registration, you can begin lessons immediately!

Policy Agreement:

 Fees:  Monthly dues should be paid in full on the 1st of each month. Outstanding balances not received by the 10th day are charged a $15.00 late fee. Payments can be set up online via debit or credit card through your Student Portal. Online payments can be setup on auto-pay through your Portal. If you choose this method of payment, you will receive an email or text message as a receipt. Cash or check is also an acceptable method of payment. A small registration fee is also charged once each year. This secures your families' time slots as well as covers the recital.

Lessons: Students should bring their piano books each week. Remember to check the website regularly and use the student resources, practice logs, and calendar to enhance your overall learning experience.

Practice/Other Online Resources: Students can track their practice times on their Student Portal. Students will also have access to many music theory games through their Portal. All games are free for students. As a helpful guide, each game and activity has a skill level description.  Browse through the activities within your skill level and have a blast!

Communication: Feel free to text me or send me an email.  I will return your call or message as soon as possible.  

Cancellation policy: Occasionally, special circumstances come up that prevent a student from attending a lesson. Cancellations can be made through the Student Portal up to 24 hours in advance. Students may use up to 3 make up credits for the year. Make up credits are only allowed if the notice was done through the Student Portal and at least 24 hours in advance.  If you are given a Make Up credit, you may schedule your make up lesson online or visit with me to set it up.Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will not be eligible for make ups. Missed lessons are nonrefundable regardless of time of cancellation notice. The maximum of 3 make up credits are permitted in within one calendar year. If my teaching duties require me to attend school programs or events at the school, I will let you know and that lesson will be made up as soon as possible.

Contract and Release of Liability: Your digital and/or handwritten signature indicates that you fully accept the policy agreement and cancellation terms. In the event of an accidental injury, you release Twila Haisten, her family, and Twila Haisten Music Studio of any and all liability.
